Do not Trust the feed back for this practice.I aim to help you see for your self. Just a few years ago this practice was receiving poor review after poor review on NHS choices. People were not happy with management or reception. The friends and family tests scores, ( thats patients who are rating the practice, for any one who isnt aware ) is accessed by anyone on any computer without any need to prove your a patient. A suspicious stream of 5 star reviews started appearing on NHS choices a few years ago, this seemed to be after an CQC visit, a stream of bad reviews dating back years, and a steady fall in patients signed up with the practice. Furthermore the normally hardly used family and friends scores seemed to take a sudden rise in top scores. So from normally having lets say only 6 people ever leaving any review on this rather obscure scoring facility accessed from the practices own web site in any given month, suddenly jumped up to crazy numbers showing that in one month the scoring had been accessed 60 times, and yes you have guessed it almost all being top rated. This unusually high number of times that scores were being left each month has really never stopped since. From 6 to 60 ! Furthermore over on NHS choices website a number of poor reviews previously on NHS choices have been reported and removed, reported by who ?The same importer ?. Some only days after they are posted have been known to be reported and removed. Without doubt their are impostors posing as patients leaving inflated scores on NHS choices website and on friends and family tests. If you know of the name of those doing this, then you have a responsibility to report them to NHS England and the Bradford CCGS. Hopefully the CCGS will trace the IP address of all those friends and family tests results, that might just worry at least one female importer who works their. As patients please report any suspicious NHS choices reviews you see, they usually lack substance and praise reception and managements which is exactly were the current suspicion is. Gps you have a duty to ethics. Furthermore, this is also being reported to a news reporter who is going look into this.

Disgraceful reception staff (farzana) the one with a headscarf withan exceptionally big head always tends to hide behind the reception back chatting about patients absolute disgrace to society she is not a peoples person at all really rude and arrogant doesnt know the right time and place to do things like that i hope you read this and change your horrible ways or you get sacked from your position because you certainly dont deserve it.
Changed my review from 1 to 5 because I think they have definitely improved their service. There is still lots to do but progress is being made. The online service is brilliant, make appointment and order prescription.
1. They don't have a baby scale. Believe it or not , I was told to ring another health settings because " we don't do that . They do. " . When I rung the place and told them what I was told the lady on the phone literally started to laugh.2. They ask why you want your baby to be checked before a vaccine. 3. Your baby is never dressed properly according to their opinion. ( ItsI too warm for these clothes / itsi too cold. )3. They are always late . 4. They won't answer your questions and if they do it sounds like a political speech - itsi all : if , maybe , wait , let's look at this again after 6 months. Looks a lot like stalling rather than a medical opinion. 5. When you go there for the flu vaccine, they'll just send you home saying you can't have it. 6. There was only one male doctor in his late 40s that actually knew a few things about his job and was able to decently treat patients. 7. One lady gets very annoyed if you ask questions about your baby's health before a vaccine.
