well what can i say....reception staff need some manners and re training vile horrible woman on reception..... one day someone will end up knocking her out shw does deserve it ..... never any app nosie cows wanna no ya business avoid need closeing down
I dont understand how this place still has patients. When I was eventually able to get through, was placed in a call queue for 20 minutes, then told there was nothing left for the day. Advised to call back or even find another practice, despite being in hospital the night before.One star is being kind!
Half the time u don't even get through when u call in the morning for appointment. And if u do get through receptionists are very moody and unfriendly. And doctors don't give enough time to patients. They try their best to keep the appointment very short no matter how many health issues you have. One of the worst surgery. The doctors and receptionist need to be changed. They look so fed up with their job. They are not interested in listening to you. The doctor wants you out the minute you go in. They don't even listen to u properly. The place needs closing down.
Doesnt even deserve a 1 star but I have to give it something. Absolutely the most worst doctors Ive ever been with. Been trying to get an appointment for the past 7 months and everyday theyve got no appointments. The reception staff are rude. Its not even the actual doctors and nurses that are bad its just the reception staff they give this doctors a bad name. Why are in this job when theyre clearly not bothered they act like they only come into work to get paid show no signs of wanting to help the patients at all. However a year ago the one time I actually got seen (!!!) the doctors and nurses were lovely and was happy to help. If you sack the rude receptionists the doctors would be so much better. Even I could do a better job!!!!
Very surprised by some of the comments on here. Ive never had that much trouble getting an appointment (but then I will call at 8am to get in ASAP). Staff have always been polite and friendly. The GPs, especially Dr Lloret, have beeen fab. You can end up waiting past your appointment time which is frustrating BUT that means theyre dealing properly with earlier appointments rather than rushing them through so on balance its not that much of an issue.
