Some of the reviews really do surprise me. I do not know many surgeries who offer in house services such as physiotherapy. Clearly some of the patients do not read or watch the news. NHS Resources are limited and patients not moving with the times dont help! I use the self service system online for repeat prescriptions as well as booking of appointments. Never have a problem. My father is 77 and thus asks me to send an email on his behalf for repeat prescriptions, this is dealt within 48 hours.Patients dont check in using the self service facility. This is offered in several languages. Given the above, how on earth are you expected to get through to the surgery when receptionists are busy dealing with people who refuse these facilities??I highly recommend the surgery. I have been a patient with them for the last 33 years. We do not live close to the surgery but refuse to change. Dr Waheed Hussain has really turned things around since taking over. (No relation for the cynics out there!). Make your own judgement but also be fair to the service, if you choose not to utilise all the facilities available to you...
Absolutely awful service!!! Very unprofessional. They have young kids working, who have no customer service skills. I am abolutely livid!!!! Kept my pregnant wife waiting for 2hours at the end to say ''we were supposed tell you to go to A&E but the staff member forgot and their shift finished".
Absolutely disgusting service... the receptionists haven't a clue... since they took over manningham medical practice they have carried their shoddiness over aswell.. try getting through to someone to talk to...its impossible with the telephone options.. They make it quite clear that they don't want to talk to you... try getting a repeat prescription over the phone and they say you can't do it because it's taking up phone time. You have to physically go in for a 30 sec job!!! Not a hint of professionalism whatsoever. This is not a complaint of the doctor's.. just of the people in the office.. they are arrogant, smug and unwilling to help.
I would not even be giving this one star but its bc I have to. I have been trying to ring for an emergency appointment all morning 2 hours no one is answering the phone. What sort of medical centre is this?
This surgery is pathetic along with the derogatory professionalism. As a professional myself I think someone needs to check there qualifications because they dont seem to know how to MANAGE the place this isnt addressed towards the Doctors as we work hard. Would love to name and shame this individual but that isnt my call. Follow the protocols and lawful guidelines instead of making the place into a little Asian hub and get credit for doing zilch. Incompetent being.
