Rang to book an appointment only to be told that theyd all been taken in less than 10 minutes! Can never get an appointment and when you do the doctors dont have a clue what to do! Just stare at you blankly, google your symptoms or pull out a book!! Will be changing my medical practice!
I have been calling from 8am 123 dials but I was told that there were 5 people answering the phone my call could not go through. Pathetic service .

Handed in a simple 1 sided medical form to be completed and they cannot tell me when it will be returned, its been two weeks already. It took a week to realise I needed to complete a consent form, surely this should be completed at the time of handing the form in. They also lost the file within an hour of asking me to come in to sign consent form and rather than looking for it properly, asked me to come back some other time when they find it, to which i refused and had to find it myself! (was found sitting in clear view right behind the receptionist). Horrible receptionist staff!
