The only good thing here is Dr. Hakeem himself but not easy to see him.Every one else here is just rubbish specially reception staff. They always tries that somehow people go back without seeing doctors. If you are fortunate enough and good appointment for appointment, few days before appointment they will call you and inform you that your appointment has been cancelled and instead of Hakeem you can see other doctor.One more thing if you try to change your GP, other GPs in this health centre wont register you. Really disappointed and advice you if you want to register in GP, its certainly not a good choice, go some where else.I am planning to report this surgery somewhere.
Dr hakeem and staff will go out of there way to help you and find staff very helpful and friendly
This doctors surgery has really gone down , Dr hakeem is overall a very good doctor but you can never get an appointment with him and the other doctors he has in the practise are very unprofessional and have diagnosed my young children wrong , and ther is one doctor whose name I am not gonna mention who is in my view shouldn't even be a doctor because she has never treated me or anyone I know properly so an appointment with that doctor is a waste of time , I am so disappointed with the practise it's a disgrace.
Cant thank Dr Hakeem & the whole team from nurses to reception enough for the care & time that was given to my husband, nothing was too much trouble & for that I will be forever grateful
Got severe pain in the leg seen a lady doctor yesterday referred me to physio. Never mind the pain I'm in could not move all night in pain. I'm having to have more medication then should Becouse they not helping. Called today was told to get an x ray done. What about the pain. Last time I will be calling. There are good doctors. But this lady wasn't helpful at all will never go back to this place again. Out of hours till I find another surgery.
