Fantastic dentist put you at ease
I was born on street next to the park nearly 70 years ago. It used to be beautiful. Salt it's just so run down. Gardeners are only workmen - don't know buttercups from teacups. The cut the grass when it's wet through leaving tractor treads. The pond is filthy. The drains are blocked. The seating is limited. People leave rubbish about. There used to be 2 pond one with bidding -,all fine. Rise gardens all a mess. Rats running about with squirrels. Tropical garden gone, putting green gone, toilets gone, tennis courts gone. Bandstand gone, shelter gone, the 2 lions at the bottom of the steps on main aisle are gone. The stream running down the central aisle is blocked and overgrown. The only garden left is at the bottom gate - only thing to show. It's a disgusting shame. Bradford council should hang their heads. Beautiful Victoria Park left to ruin.
A beautiful park spoiled by dog poo, broken glass in children's play area and vandalism throughout. The council are stretched but some departments could be shut (enforcement) to help fund the clean up. Same applies for most of the city.
Amazing. It has taught me so much and I'll always miss that place because I've been a student there for 7 years.it was outright the best experience of my life at Horton Park Primary School.
I wouldn't recommend to take your kids here the park has got rubbish everywhere when you go. They do have nice playground for the kids. But the park needs a good clean up.
