Always I nice walk, less litter since it was closed to cars. Each year more wildlife to be seen, fox and Heron sighted today.
This is one of my favourite local places. It's peaceful and feels like I'm out of city. Sadly the gates are now closed so I have to park on the main road and walk all the way down which makes this VERY difficult for people with disabilities and elderly. Also with lack of attention and regular reached visits it is starting to become run down. People have been having fires and looks like taking the stone from walls to use for this purpose. Also some rubbish is getting thrown about. It's a beautiful place and needs the council to look after it and security to keep am eye on it. Such a shame.
Great for dog walks. Plenty of exploring to be done here!
Loved it! Not usual playground park and kids loved it!It has amazing view on the city.. Better wear wellies when going there.
Nice place to walk around. Shame they've locked the gate (drug deal prevention?) so you can't park in there anymore, but if you're lucky enough to be able to park nearby it's a good walk and nice to see the family of swans there
