Good place for kids and families also has good parking
Beautiful park but not backed by the council
Park fair in size but the pond water is extremely dirty. Bradford Council is providing a bad service or not providing a service.
Used to be beautiful, decades ago. A cafe where you could get a tea, coffee, ice cream, sandwich etc. GONE. A couple of tennis courts or maybe more. GONE. Lovely lake with nice clean water. GONE. Beautiful flower beds at the bottom and all the way up the left hand side of the park. GONE. Bandstand where the bands used to play GONE, at least the bands have. Smartly dressed women walking children in their prams. GONE. Probably othe GONE stuff I've forgotten.
What a waste of a great park! This place has to be cleaned up especialy the pond. Every morning and evening we can hear our regular visitors the geese come flying and letting us know they are here by quacking as they land. It would be lovely to see the pond cleaned up and made popular again.
