The city hall is a beautiful old building which is complimented by the fountains and water feature. There are a range of places to eat and drink surrounding the square which is always buzzing with people . The shops are only seconds away including the Broadway centre.
It is beautiful and peaceful city centre surrounded by some amazing architecture. Don't miss town hall and Alhambra...
Very small place. Fountain is good but there is no greenery. People use it as a road or pathway to the road on the other side
Skeptical Bradfordians were abound during the planning and building phase of Centenary Square, myself included! But the open area has become a gathering place for natives and visitors alike. The large water feature is calming and the atmosphere is peaceful, almost zen-like. Sit and enjoy the sounds of water trickling, fountains frothing or people laughing; or hang out with friends and warm the ears of those listening with your laughter. There's some choice places around the edge if you want to eat, drink or spend a penny. Speaking of which, the lavs are well kept. Well done Bradfordians.
Went to see the light show on city Hall. This was amazing. There is lots to do with bars and restaurants all located within walking distance. Very well organised event
