Bought a car, all they do is lie, please dont go here. Both brothers I have had a very bad experience all Ive done is cry. So please avoid.I sorted engine light out, plus mud guard, where the oil was leaking, Ive been garage 3 times. Needs log book which company paid for because was their fault in first place. After 1 day asked for refund they refused, not help full at all. All I said is I have nothing to do with these people ever again, would never buy from Asians again and Im a Muslim myself. I read all reviews about cars being passed with Mot and after a day engine light comes on. So the brothers have done this many years and Im taking them to fair trade and suggest all do same! They will take action and can close them down! On goin problem the brothers should think about customers and not just be selfish. I still have to have the car serviced, properly MOT, Ive already spent over 300 which I believe the neon motors should refund me since only been 4 days since Ive bought the car. Also the glove department was broken which I fixed also Im heart broken. Trusted them but never again. Astakfurulla hope allah gives them for what they deserve for hearting a mothers heart. Thanku.
Poor selection of vehicles, extraordinarily rude staff, none negotiable on price, short test drives. No checks on licences before test drives, test drive distance approximately half a mile-if that. No trade plates displayed during test drives either, unwilling to move vehicles in order to facilitate a test drive, unknowledgeable staff, doubts over the legitimacy of the MOTs as the car I tested had corroded, scored and pitted brake discs however the car had just been through its MOT. Word of advice, don't point out any issues during a test drive as the member of staff we dealt with nearly started to cry and demanded to be taken back to the garage!
Brought a car a week ago from day one problems started to appear. The car needs number amount off work on it will cost me couple of hundred . Soon as i came home engine management light come on . We phone them up and told them about the problems , and the man told us it nothing it's a sensor . Next day we took the car to a garage for digonestic check and found out fuel pump problem .The fuel pump needs changing3 of them tyre was unfit for roadMain dashboard display where you see car mileage and trip and other information that display get fades away after a little while you drive The car is leaking in water from somewhere .If u don't want problems Avoid buy car from neon garange, they are really good at conning people.would have rated 0 stars if it was possible.
I bought a car from here that broke down the next day . My local garage looked at it and confirmed the car was not road worthy deapit apparently just passing its MOT. Neon motors wanted me to drive it back for them to repair it. Despite being within 14 days they refused to refund me. The owner then contacted me and offered to go through another company and they would fraudulently pretend that something else was wrong with the car so that I wouldn't have to pay .I of course refused their offer .I reported them to the DVLA and also the company they were going to defraud .Do not buy from here, avoid at all costs .not just dishonest but dangerous if you end up with a car that's not safe.
Absolutely appalling customer service, rang up to get my fully refundable deposit as i was told down the phone, and my response was a very aggressive man swearing and acting very defensive when speaking about it, and wouldnt let me get a word in edge ways, by the way this was the so called manager i was speaking to! best word to describe this place and people is robbery and liars with poor quality cars
