During a service they insisted we needed all new brake pads and discs ('90% warn' - red tick on service sheet) and 2 new rear tyres at a total cost of 1000+. I refused (the brakes felt fine to me) and got our local independent garage to have a look. They said no work was required (on the brakes or tyres) and the brakes were fine for at least another year.Therefore I no longer trust this dealership. They will not be working on our car again and I have cancelled our service plan with them.I think that a less confident person would have just accepted that the work needed doing and maybe got into debt to pay for it.Simply not good enough, especially from a main Renault dealership.
Went to look at a car ten minutes before they shut and the staff were amazing. I admitted I was going to lease a car through third party and I didn't want them to waste their time on me. Even though they were not financially driven, they still were extremely helpful. The salesman even allowed us to test drive the car!!! 10 minutes before they shut!!! The lady who took us out was a trainee and was so lovely. Felt bad I wasn't buying from them as they were lovely. Would highly recommend!!

Couldnt fault this place at all if I tried. 2nd time Ive bought a brand new car and they are always so helpful and attentive. Graham was so helpful with my new car purchase and its always nice to see someone just as happy than you are to get a new car. Dont hesitate to use this place - its what made me buy another Renault.
