After spotting a great advert on AutoTrader for a low mileage Ford Focus, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the details listed online were spot on (having seen a few cars now, this isn't my usual experience!) The dealer had even specified the millimetres of tread on the tires, which were exactly as described. Car was in a beautifully clean condition (even the engine looked clean!) Jay was lovely and helpful, showing us around the car and pointing out the things which may go wrong in the future, so we can keep an eye on them. We couldn't tax the car online, so he came with us to the Post Office so I could tax it, and even gave me tips on car insurance. A lovely bloke. The car itself is fab. We took it for a long drive when we brought it home, and it performed beautifully. My husband is hugely impressed with it. Even our taxi driver was gobsmacked by it, and told me it's a real bargain. I've been advising them all to go to Bradford to see Jay! Thanks so much.
