I phoned up evan halshaw in Bradford at the end of november about buying a citroen Berlingo. It was an 18plate ex demo car. I had trouble to start with that nobody wanted to talk to me on the phone. I phoned and finally got through and agreed to buy this vehicle. The salesman said as I'd had so much trouble they would deliver the car to my home. I paid my deposit on 6th December and was told it would be delivered the end of the week. The delivery date kept getting missed. I would keep phoning each time to find out what's going on and keep getting we are having trouble getting it delivered it will be in 3 days. This went on for 2 weeks. Colin the salesman left me a message saying he was not going to be back until after Christmas and to speak to Andy. I called Andy on 18th of December to find out why I hadn't received my car to be told it was out with a customer. I had paid a deposit and it hadn't been delivered because they were still using it as a service car. I then phoned the site manager to find out why I had been lied to on lots of occasion and why my car I had paid for was being driven by some other customer. It came out the car had been with this customer since 5th December. The day before I paid my deposit. Don't believe a word you are told if I could mark them as no stars I would.

Car recently in for MOT and service, communication on this occasion was prompt, car was ready in good time and was looked after. Cheryl on the service reception was friendly as always, happy to help and answer questions. This was a good improvement from 12 Months previously which was a less than satisfactory experience, where I was left stranded due to poor communication regarding the work needed on my car at the time and the inability of senior staff to find an adequate solution to help me.
