Initially very impressed with service & quality of car bought from them but salesman in too much of a rush to deliver car by end of January so they could reach their sales target , car was supposed to be serviced, mot'd and missing sat nav memory card replaced by day of delivery, none of these promises were done. They came back and took car away for mot & service to be done , leaving us a loan car ,car was away 2 days and brought back with wrong reg plates on it , which we never asked to be changed , they used over half a tank of fuel in the process ! The fact that the car had the wrong reg on it meant my wife had driven it home from work , some 10 miles or so actually uninsured! The consequences are unthinkable, all i have had is an apology for a mix up by there servive dept .Awaiting call from a senior manager , but as of today , had no call .Totally unacceptable , its cost me fuel , new number plates , time and a load of stress I dont need ! I will be speaking to a solicitor about the issue .

Just bought a new Mazda CX3 at the Sticker Lane showroom and would like to mention the sales representative Mohammed Yasar was helpful and professional. Did not pressurised us when deciding on our decision. He gave us all the information we asked for and more. Explaining all the options. I would recommend anyone to visit this showroom when looking for a new Mazda car.
