I initially gave Greenwood motors a call to enquire about a Golf Gtd and to ask about my options with a vehicle I already had finance on. Paul walked me through my ootions, he wasn't pushy or forceful with regards to the sale. He was incredibly professional and very friendly. When I went to see the Golf Gtd he was very welcoming and answered any queries I had. Once I purchased the car, Paul made me aware that the parcel shelf was missing and sent a replacement to where I lived instantly. Overall I would highly recommend Paul & Greenwood motors, there were no negatives whatsoever and made the process so easy.
Absolute fantastic staff, so friendly and inviting they really do make you feel like youre not just a customer, but youre one of their own. You dont get that forceful sales pitch you get everywhere else, you get great conversations, great laughter and you have a smile on your face the whole time! It might of taken me 2 hours to get there but Paul and the team make he journey worth it. Will definitely be going to greenwood motors first when Im looking to upgrade. Honestly, treat these guys like you would treat your friends and no matter what youll walk/drive away with a smile on your face!

I saw an S3 online advertised by greenwood. The car looked sound in the pictures, I received a phone call from them when they found out I was interested, to let me know that there were issues with the paintwork, just so I was aware and sent me pictures through WhatsApp. It was 2.5 hours from me so he wanted me to know before I travelled such a distance. After having trouble with trains being cancelled etc it caused me to arrive there past closing time but they stated open and even picked me up from the train station and got me to the car. The car was as advertised and it felt great to drive and the paintwork issues weren't actually as bad as the pictures made them look. I would definitely recommend, friendly and useful service.
