Disgraceful company. Paid for an inspection and my Skoda Octavia broke down the next day. I had an oil fault, oil was dissappearing without leak trace. DM Keith said there was no problem so i topped up with oil and drove to birmingham the next day. While driving on the motorway the car lost power and broke down. Nearly killed myself and my 2 mates. Would not recommend.
Fantastic and efficient service - Ian put on no pressure at all as some salespeople do! I had been to VW Cross Hills earlier in the day (I have been a customer of theirs for years) I was going to trade my 3 YO polo in for a new one - but the price had gone up by 120 a month... for a smaller engine! The sales person just wasn't interested in helping me at all and i felt the fact i have been a VW customer for 8 years just didn't matter to them.So I went to Skoda, took my time to look around and wasn't pounced on by sales people which was great. I was then served by Ian who was brilliant. I explained my situation that I had a PCP with VW and because Sokda are a part of the same group, he could sort the finance out for me. First of all, they valued my Polo at 500 more than VW did, and Ian was very easy to negotiate a deal with (I got a higher spec car for 100 less than VW wanted for their lower spec). I'm a young female so can find car sales people very intimidating. I had the opportunity to go for a decent length test drive in a car, and left having put an order in for one.Can't recommend them enough. The whole process took about 30-45 mins, compared to my 2 hours of what felt like arguing with a brick wall at VW!
WOW, Amazing service received from Ian, the sales manager and apprentice. We bought a car in between Christmas and Boxing Day and the team gave great attention to detail for us they understood it was a process I had never been through and sorted out a fantastic deal for us. They even worked super hard to ensure I could pick my car up in two days because mine had died on Christmas Eve!!!! I would highly recommend going to see them the car is amazing. If your looking for a new or used car definitely go see Ian hes fab!!!
