No customer service at all. Phoned first to go and view a car, to my surprise no one attended us.

Friendly and fair, this is no lexus dealership with cappucinos and shiny suits, nor do they pretend to be, but they have some nice cars and mine was well prepared (mercedes cls55) brand new tyres, with only 2 owners the last one a doctor. Theres a few minor bits wrong with the car but then it was 2000 cheaper than other dealers, so overall very positive, for the wright car..worth a visit.
After prompt communication, and all the information I requested being shared accordingly, I decided to drive from Warwickshire to Bradford to view a car. The car was as described , and the service from AJ and his son was excellent from start to finish, there a pleasure to deal with , better service than I have experienced at some main dealers , just good honest salesmanship , I did a deal and drove away within the hour. Great all round .
My recent experience at Central Motor Comapny has been amazing from start to end. There staff are genuinely nice people and have their customers at heart all times. Nothing is too much trouble. They also went the extra mile and picked me up at the railway station on the day I travelled to pick my car up. I would recommend these guys 100%, and my advice is if you see a car you like listed by Central Motors- go and see it, I reckon you wont be disappointed.
