Amazing staff take all 4 of our animals here and wouldn't go anywhere else
Not going back here again. Went for a follow up appointment and was in there for less than five minutes so the vet didnt charge as I had paid 40 the previous week. Got told to come for another follow up appointment and when I attended that, a different vet told me he was going to charge me for both of the follow ups. He tried to present it like I was getting a good deal as well. Back to vets 4 pets in Halifax for me.
Today we had to say goodbye to Belle, our 14 year old Springer Spaniel. The vet, and the nurses were beyond kind, compassionate, thoughtful and considerate of our feelings. We can't rate them highly enough,
Had my elderly cat Eva put to sleep today. The best service. The vet was absolutely lovely. Had so much patience and treated me and my cat with the upmost respect. Didn't rush me . Let me spend alot of time with my Eva before and after her departure.
Really great service, and a friendly atmosphere. We use this vet for our cat and our little pig. Cant fault them, the reception staff are great and give as much attention to the animals as they do the owners! The vets themselves are good people. And to be fair thats all you want when your asking some treat a loved one.
