I went to this vets as a new pet owner looking to get all 3 of my rabbits vaccinated and all 3 of the receptionist (one being a vet) said they didn't really know and that I should come back when some body on the team is working and knows what to do. I then asked why they could not help me and they said that it was because they don't get a lot of rabbits. I would have thought that they would be trained in all areas especially the vet.
Fantastic veterinary practise. Excellent vet, genuinely interested in the wellbeing of my pet cat. Very good and friendly staff.
