Fantastic vets friendly and helpful, taken all my pets there for the last few years and they all came away healthy.
Great place, very customer focused, professional and they listen and give good pet care advice.
My dog tia went in to be spayed as she had pyometra, but once opened up there saw that she had a large tumour conected to her kidney. There rang me every step of the way and removed everything..there kept her in over night and she was allowed home the next day. We had to wait to see if the tumour was cancer cancer..luckily it was favorable that it wasnt..i think the vet and staff are amazing there i cannot thank them enough for saving her..i would deffo recommend sage vets
The team are fantastic. Jackie on reception is an absolute star. Graham has a no nonsense approach and sets your expectations realistically, which may be hard for some to swallow, however this just shows his ethics are spot on and he will always act and advise in the absolute best interests of the animal.... no sugar coating, which I find very reassuring! Cannot fault this practice, carried out and given numerous life saving procedures, care and advice for our cats alongside neutering and 'normal' day to day vetting
Was told my perfectly healthy dog had an infection and needed castrating. Fortunately I got a second opinion and was told he was perfectly normal and healthy. Sage vets dont have the time or inclination to deal with nervous dogs nor do they care about what is actually good for you and your dog they just believes society should feminise all Male dogs. If you have a serious working breed and you care about its health and well being because you actually know the dangers of early neutering then dont bring them here. I nearly spent 140 giving a perfectly healthy dog an unnecessary and life changing operation. Vet was rude and unhelpful and was no better when I called back to complain that a different vet managed to do what they couldnt and advised against neutering. These guys are stuck in the dark ages and cant cope with challenging breeds. They misdiagnose and dont care about what is best for your dog. Really disappointed. Ive found a more understanding, forward thinking and professional vet that came highly recommended.
