Anyway, done and dusted, I am not sure if I'll come to UK ever in my life but suggestion to you all, you can't run business for long with unethical practices. Realise it, sooner the better.
First of all I will say that they going to leave replay on my email with tons of (true information about situation) because I can see that in comment section but I dont even care because it was the worst agent I ever had and never going to wish even for my biggest enemy.Ok long storry short I was willing to leave big fat bad feedback on this agent for what we experienced, but just not going to waist time and I will write short feedback instead. It's up to you guys to believe or not so if you like challenge go for it and try your self how bad this agent is. So we got house from them to rent and everything was kind of fine but then they decided not to give us that house because it was not ready to moove in (and they did that on day we had all our items in a Car(van) and came to take keys to moove in, so instead we got house with terrible neighbours with loud kids, we didnt had heating for 2 weeks and it was 2017 winter with snow and etc. Than walls was getting wet in room we was living in, there was no lamp in our room as well only loose cable, than after they fixed most of the thing (that took 3 months) drainage blockt, and thay they was fixing that for ages again. And ofc I forgot email ignoring facts and on and on and on. In short words you going to regret to have them as agent if flat or house in bad condition, but if houe or flat good contition you not going to have any problems with any agent. So its my honest review of this agent so decide your self.
Just left my property at The Grand Mill. Sure there were issues now and again but Priestleys were so good at getting them sorted. Only moving because I need somewhere bigger. I would like to stay with them but cant :-( cheers Priestleys
After trying 3 different agents in Bradford I nearly gave up hope. When Andi valued my property it was advertised on the same day. I had tenants within 2 weeks and this was only due to the vetting process and the new tenants having missing info. A delay due to not having all the info was music to my ears and confirmed that Priestley's didn't want to put a tenant into my property without the thorough checks first. I have recommended them to friends and put my own neck on the line because I believe their service is fantastic.
Be Aware, your hard-earned money is at risk with this agency. Sharing my experience with everyone if it can help you to protect from future trouble. The agency will never return your deposit no matter how professionally you deal with them. I properly followed tenancy terms and left property in excellent condition. But agency still attempted to put completely awkward and fake claims on me. I got room professionally cleaned but no one bothered to come for check out inspection and after a month they came with shocking false claim about room cleaning and mattress damage. It made me so much stressed. Now the matter is with TDS for deposit recovery. But its not about money, its about honesty. Their dishonest intentions made me so stressed I can't explain. So please be aware
