Robert Watts have looked after properties for me for a few years now and have always been very professional and eager to assist with any issues that have arose. Gill and Kate have been excellent and will always make time for you. Any landlords considering using should not hesitate. Any tenants considering renting through them should have peace of mind that everything is done properly to ensure tenants interests are properly looked after.
These guys were one of three estate agents selling a house, Staff informed my girlfriend that the vendor is pretty desperate to sell so will be worth punting at!!!! Thats not looking after their customer!!!! Anyway, we tried to book a viewing on the house with this information, they couldnt show us for four days!!! So we rang their competition, was in the same day. Put a bid in, accepted, the 3rd party removed from the market immediately at the vendors request, these guys would not remove or at least put sold subject to contract!!!!! I waited a week and was obvious they only cared about getting theirs rather than the customer. Putting a solicitor on a house thats still effectively for sale is not for the feint hearted. Anyway long story short you lost the sale because in a competitive market, you could show someone 4 days later!!!!

Booked a viewing for 4:45 for an apartment in Bradford. Was there from 4:40 and waited until 5:15 as nobody showed up. Apparently when I called, someone was waiting there from 4:45 and left at 4:50, no phone call to let me know this was the case as apparently it isn't normal practice to confirm a viewing. Absolute time waste, the estate agent clearly never showed up.
Robert Watts delivered an outstanding experience for us. We were nervous about selling my wifes old house which had been an investment property for the last 8 years. We don't live locally and just didn't have the knowledge of the area to get things done or the ability to show people round. Nothing was ever too much trouble - and the service level exceeded expectations at all times. Just in case you're not sure how good they are, we went from a live listing on the 25th of January - to completion on the 28th of April. This wasn't luck, or a cheap house - this was dedication, salesmanship & a desire to work with us to get the property sold to our timescales.Don't tell her, because she'll get a big head - but Julie is one of the best people I've dealt with at any company, ever.
