My Grandson and his mum are renting through Signature and I have to say, theyve been brilliant! Any jobs that have needed doing have been arranged promptly and they were really accommodating when it came to setting up her rent payment dates. Please dont be put off by previous reviews, Its hard enough starting out in your first home but I cant fault Suleman and the rest of the staff, theyve been nothing but polite and helpful.
So i was interested in a propriety and they were rude over text so i rang them and no one answered. Then i returned there call turns out my mobile number is BLOCKED, so i rang them from my landline and still no awnser. Please shut down your business.
Went to see a property from these guys had a appointment around 330 n he dpid not show up untill 420 as I was going there with my kids the guy from the letting agency called me n started getting rud for no reason n when I gt there he was so rude not only behind my back but to my n my friends face he did not have any kinda respect
Horrible people and the office is a joke litrally a joke!!!
I would not use these estate agents, they do not know how to speak politely to customers what so ever. RUDE is not the word
