Superb museum to visit and if you want it is free, although I feel they are quite justified in asking to donations. The exhibits were very informative and there was enough to can keep a 5 and 8 year old happy.
Well worth a visit. I haven't been here since I was child, probably approaching 30 years ago, as I entered the building on this occasion it wasn't as I remembered it, everything seemed bright and modern with an inviting appeal. All of the exhibits where good and interesting the only negative was that couple of the games in the arcade room did not work, but they were getting some hammer from other visitors. An interesting and free museum, donations only, we donated on the way in and then gave more on the way out as we felt we should give more support! I will probably go again in a few years.
It's such a good museum! Always loved it since I was a kid and it just keeps getting better. The long term displays are entertaining and educational. They also showcase newer things every few months so if you haven't been for a while there's something new and interesting!
What a fantastic place which I feel the need to exaggerate the next point... It is free!!! Wonderful for old and young, it is huge, accessible for all and it is virtually in the city centre which has ample parking. Really interesting and captivating with lots of interactive experiences.
Was a really great experience. It's free entry, they always have something going on. Great for a family day out or if you a travelling and visiting.At the time we went they where putting on a show about sound waves. We went in and saw part of the show which was very interactive and the staff where very friendly. Would always recommend. If you need to know more about the history of science or games and media this is your place. If you need any information you can call or visit their website. We found it through looking at day trips out on our area and was worth it. They have a little shop on the ground floor for anyone who is looking good to buy gifts. Parking is at the rear of the building, it does cost to park, but in the surround area or of you know the area well there is free parking. If you have family or friends that know Bradford they should be able to direct you. Location. Is easy to get to from the town centre as it's a short walk, you should be able to get a bus there too. Will definitely be going again in the near future. Make sure to check out their website for any events that are happening as they have them regularly and you may need to book in advance.
