Horrible customer service. Have charged me despite free cancellation before check-in date. Upon contacting they're saying they can't reverse the transaction. Will definitely fight them at appropriate forum.
Nice clean, simple hotel. Good for people travelling to work or wanting a cheap basic night's stay.
So the hotel is cheap so the review is including it's 2 star hotel mark not 5 star. It was clean but very small . We had 1 double bed and a sofa for our 5 year old. And there was no space to walk in the room. There was no bathroom but shower compartment attached to it and sink in the room. Very limited but just fine for one max 2 nights.
Hotel fine but we payed to stay longer in morning as new it would be good party night before only to have cleaner banging on our door to ask for proof we had done this surely she should have taken it up with reception first not us
Budget definitely does mean budget. It's ok the staff are really friendly, the plus side for us was it's dog friendly which is why we booked. The rooms are very very basic and not the cleanest I have stayed at.
