Very good friendly staff. Food excellent
Stayed here for one of our business events. Staff was all polite. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Key card system was easy enough to use. Paid for a breakfast at the hotel and it was lovely, help yourself and hot food is constantly being topped up as it runs out. It was a pleasant stay highly recommended
Not your normal Premier Inn. Seems understaffed and poorly organized. Restaurant was out of steaks and blue cheese dressing for another dish at just 6pm in the evening. Bedroom wasn't properly vacuumed, chair broken and a lovely big dirty mark on the freshly folded towel on the bed! Would not return.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, room was surface level clean but smelt strongly of damp from a shower curtain that I fear might have been self aware. There were weird coffee stains on the ceiling and wall by the kettle. The bed was comfortable but creaky. A very useful and Central location. But a hotel room in dire need of some TLC
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. Only slight issue was the TV wouldn't pick up a signal - I was told this was due to weather and it was very windy outside to be fair. I didn't try the hotel food but there is a Domino's directly opposite and a Frankie & Benny's.
