Staff member helped me setup my phone even though i didt buy the phone from them. I bought it online from virgin and went to virgin store who were not helpful at all but when went to samsung store they were amazing. Well done impressed with service
Emmy the samsung trainer was amazing!! He helped me with all the problems I had on my phone. He was patient, supportive and explained what was going on with my phone and fixed it. He gave my a class on how to backup for my data. Definitely will recommend his services to other I know. 5 star for sure.
