Gave up waiting to be served and left, staff all sat in the office behind the counter refusing to come out and serve, the one person in the shop was too busy talking on his mobile phone to be bothered serving anyone. Customer service is a joke, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Products are quality. No doubt. Service is not as good - you will get stung unless you check your prices or spot them charging you full wack - dont really have time for that. Just want to go in. Get my products. Pay a fair price. But instead Im having to check invoice/receipts on every item. Just today Ive had to check and picked one item out - come on lads. Theres an honest way to make money instead of overpricing until complained. James
