Just came today.Got Nissan xtrail.Amazing service.Ben,katty,asif and other staff are brilliant at providing best customer service.Never seen such a motivated staff.Credit goes to Ben.
Nice friendly service on arrival. Picked up car, got a Nissan X-trail. We checked the car together for any damage, none found, as shown by photos taken. Was given a quick pointer of the interior buttons and then payment in the car and I was off!Hopefully, there will be no damage when I return it!!
Cannot believe my insurance got me a car from here as someone run into my car. I had the car 2 wks and it broke down on me. They collected and gave me a replacement car. After the 2nd car was returned and all insurance paperwork complete from , I had a bill for just under 1,000 from them for a new clutch! I hardy used their car to be honest. I have had my own car 5yrs and never needed a replacement clutch, yet they charge me after a few weeks. I am a very careful driver and cannot believe they think I have knackered a clutch in such a short time. I drive for the NHS for a living (paramedic) and in all my years I have never knackered an ambulance either. What a disgusting way to treat customers . Wouldn't hire from here again. If you have an hire car from them, I would double check all small print if they give you a car with a clutch on its way out.This clutch was clearly ready to go when they gave me this car. Very poor service
Had to get a hire car from Queen's Road branch. They upgraded my hire car spec. Yippee! A Renault 0.9 SUV CDTi Captur. Service was very good. The girl who showed me the basics of the car left out some details.I later was pleasantly surprised to find that it has a start/stop feature that operates when the handbrake and neutral are selected. The most enjoyed hire car I've had. I found I could also link the music player on my phone to the car speakers via Bluetooth.
