Excellent I booked a vehicle with another hire company,when I turned up to collect they said they was over booked, I wasnt even offered an alternative.Called Arrow Selfdrive the lady said she would have a car available in for me in 20 minutes as I was in a hurry.Brilliant customer service from start to finish.Definitely will use again thank you Arrow Bradford

This is my nearest vehicle hire place but I never previously considered it. What can I say...brilliant service from Nicky a true customer service star...great range of very good clean new and newish vehicles...and you can hire for just one day at the weekend. How good is that! I paid for a swb and got a free upgrade to a lwb. And they come fully fuelled.
