Good place to shop at and decent halal range product aswell
Normally shop at morrison mayo avenue popped in to asda canterbury as morrisonsbdidnt have what i needed do i asked the staff at asda and and some one pointed me in a direction but i still couldnt find it n then kindly the security approached me and asked me if i need help and actually helped me in the nivrst and kindest way possible. I actually wouldnt have thought that a security gaurd would have known about the shop floor but he amazed me so then i asked him for another product and he checked but had none so he gave me an alternative for that product and apologised for not having the product in store. I will most definately be shopping at asda more then often now due to the friendly security and kind staff.
Well here in this Asda the security guard certainly is convinced he owns this store he is always talking to either his friends or other staff members very loudly they are useless my husband Asked a question to another staff member in this store they stare at ur face like u have asked for the postcode on planet mars staff members will let their drug dealer friends to park on disabled spot will let them in while store is closing but not other members of the public disgusting Im extremely irritated by the security guard very lazy staff no manners how do they get a job????
I shop here everyday after & before work due to convenience This branch negligently 'forgot' to supply fruit I complained about which contained shards of glass inside, to ASDA HQ for over 2 months. I reported the issue on 10/05/18 and as of 13/09/18 and >10 promises I have still had no reply or contact despite numerous contact to ASDA and promises for resolution within 30 days of complaint - Court here we go!The male members of staff are useless, I once timed myself at the self service as I waited over 15 minutes for attention. These members of staff associate with the rabble who use this shop and regularly have inappropriate conversation with their 'mates' who are shopping - some clearly have been using drugs. The older male member of management couldn't care less.BUT - the female members of staff (who seem to have lesser roles) are fabulous and it's unfortunate they work for this joke of a branch. I regularly see the older lady who works around 07:30AM struggling to cope with her workload and left alone to deal with numerous customers. She's fantastic and tries her best despite terrible management**Hayley is the shining star of this operation. I've never met such a sweet and attentive staff member at any ASDA branch and she truly need to be recognised - It's an absolute pleasure to deal with her**
Limited produce, but more of a convenience supermarket as it is probably the only one within the emediate area. good size car park, wheel chair accessible, can be quite busy & a little stifling at times.
