Called in a couple of weeks ago on my way to friend's house on a Saturday evening. very rude female middle aged member of staff with glasses and black/grey hair. serious lack of customer service skills. I will not be going back there.
A fantastic store with lovely staff.
Remember it when it was a picture house. It's still a bit dark and dingy. Pleasant staff.
