Julian installed our new boiler and central heating. We were impressed with his punctuality and him and his apprentice Alex cleaning up after themselves. They were very polite as well and look forward to them servicing our boiler.

Excellent service. I'd never used West Yorks Plumbing before and called for help with a faulty boiler. Julian was helpful and straightforward, giving me an estimate of when he could attend and then letting me know when he was on his way which was great.He was personable and went about the job with minimum fuss. Having no plumbing knowledge myself, I was grateful of his clear explanation of the issue. He gave me confidence that I was in safe, honest hands.He sourced the necessary part and also helped out with a safety issue with the flue. I've sometimes paid over the odds in the past to make sure a good job gets done.
