Don't waste your time - although he will waste your time if he can. Agreed a date to start and didnt show. He then blocked my mobile from calling. Do yourself a favour and find someone you know will turn up - not just when he wants to.
Fantastic plumber highly recommend. Have used for several small emergency jobs including one today to sort out a leak from a disconnected pipe under our vanity unit. Bob came as soon as we called him and fixed the problem quickly.
