Had a great experience here . So if and when I go to the flicks this is the one I use . Theres lots of car parking and disabled parking outside the main door . We had booked on line so getting ahead of the queue was not a problem . I find this a great help being a wheelchair user . I found the kiosk service a bit slow and it is expensive !! I took the lift up and the family took the stairs. We were shown where to go then left to our own devices to find seats . The family went to sit at the back but I couldnt . There is space for wheelchairs right in the centre but even tho I got surrounded by sound I felt that for me I was too close to the screen
Great showing for How to Train your Dragon 3. Booked tickets online and collected from kiosk to beat queues. iSense screen with excellent sound and picture. Cinema was clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful.
Great Cinema. Excellent reclining seats and very comfy. Sound and Picture super quality. Service at kiosk a little slow. Lots of parking. Very clean toilets.
Amazing! We went to see Mary Poppins and it was honestly the best cinema experience I have ever had! The screen was very big, and the sound was 360, coming from all angles which made the film really magical! Every seat reclines, has loads of legroom and has a moving table with a cup holder! Also the snacks and drinks available are very good, however quite pricey expected for a cinema, but overall great!
The Cinema gets a 3 star from me for now. Hopefully when the improvements are made we can watch 3D again. Also my seat was very uncomfortable. There was something wrong with it, it dipped. The staff were all very nice. CS is excellent. The toilets were disgusting. The smell was so bad people pinched their noses.I've updated to 4 star. Although I'm disappointed at the lack of 3D offerings. I think they could do with upgrading this cinema to a 4K or where the sears move and it's like you are part of the experience.
