OK as a cinema goes but behind the times now. Most places now have reclining seats that are nice and big, but the ones here are pretty ordinary- just a personal dislike as well - the entrance is too big and too high a ceiling, I never like walking in to it!
Took great granddaughter too see Mary Poppins we all enjoyed the film. Very quiet when we went but it was an early evening performance on a Monday evening.
Staff is the worst part of my experience. They completely ignore customers and were playing between them. I was not the only one who complained that day. Manager ( by the looks) was not bothered even though it happened right In front of him. I lost a good 20 mins of the movie due to these people. And this is not the first time it happened to me.
The screen rooms and showings themselves are fine but getting to that point is a bit of a nightmare. There's never enough people working so you spend ages queuing to get a ticket and god forbid some snacks too. Highly recommended buying the tickets online and using the machines to collect them from.
Liked the place. Went to watch a movie aquaman. The seats are nice. But, leg space in front is little less. However, the sound quality and the ambience is really nice. Overall a good place to go and spend some time watching some good movies.
