Very helpfull insurance brokers
I called as a first time caller with a new enquiry, I spoke with Gareth Hansford, and I was polite, and respectful.He was not, he was rude, ignorant, and laughed down the phone. His colleague took over and I asked his name (as he didn't like me calling him 'sir') he too became very aggressive and started laughing before hanging up the call?I am unsure what else to say, but surely there is a better way than this.
