CarCare Plan authorised a repair of all 4 alloys on my car in August 2018. I got the repairs done through BMW and forwarded the final invoice to CarCare Plan in November 2018. In January, I received a repayment from CarCare Plan of just one wheel. When I raised this with them they said they had only authorised 1 alloy, not 4 despite me re-submitting to them THEIR OWN paperwork stating otherwise. They have refused to acknowledge their mistake and pay the remaining . Awful Client Service too.
What a joke. I booked to have my alloy wheel repaired and will have to wait 3 months for this service. When I complained they told that they just were admin to the people doing the actual repairs. No ownership or follow up. Do not waste your money on a plicy
Yearly reminder to renew direct debit. Until you make a claim and then they forget. Call staff are rubbish promising to call you back. Never do. Long waiting times to speak to them. Would always avoid going forward.
STAY AWAY FROM CAR CARE PLAN, NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!Very poor, useless admin team less than helpful and could not care less. A woeful service, as I have been waiting two months for a alloy wheel repair, the insurance is just not worth having.A very bad experience. and NOT WORTH THE MONEY.NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DEALER JUST CAR CARE PLAN.SHOULD TAKE THE 'CARE, BIT OUT AS THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL.
1star is to good, zero should be an option!!! No one turned up on day that you said, then it's been re-booked and now an email to say not covered as vehicle is in our business name instead of private!! It's still our own car!! You are looking for any excuse not to help any one,, stay well clear of this company!!!
