The man on phone was very rude. All I wanted to know is if the food area was open, he spoke to me as if I wanted free food. school dinner teacher like behaviour. won't be going there anymore. NHS staff
Spent a number of hours here whilst waiting for organ retrieval. The Security staff were exceptional thank you for sorting things out for me. Staff were courteous and whilst I was aware they were tired they still went the extra mile. I completed 10k steps walking up and down the corridors.The reception area of the Main Entrance is like what you would see at an airport lounge. Thank you Lyndsey Sykes!!!
Went to A&E with chest pains and feeling sick, explained I had a heart attack 4 weeks previous and was diagnosed with heart failure, was told to take a seat, one hour later I had to go back to the counter and argue with the (not interested) scruffy receptionist, I didnt get assessed by anyone for exactly one hour and 25 minuets, I reported it and was told Id be hearing from them got one call and have heard nothing since. Appalling service all round.
Took son to A&E yesterday with dislocated shoulder. The level of care from nurses, doctors and x-ray department was fantastic. Quickly sorted out and kept informed.
First ever visit....receptionist asked me the same..however directed me tot the wrong place. 1.5hrs later I asked if I was going to be seen only to be told I should have been in another area. I was not in credit for this time...wait in Minor Injuries was 2.5hrs. Staff were excellent when i did get seen and injury was my fault. Shame no directional signs and helpfulness to first time visitors.
