Dr Busby, I had an appointment in September and I'm still waiting for a follow up appointment and it's now January. Even though I am in BUPA. I get the impression they they are messing me about. This is my first time of meeting with Mark Busby and I hope it's my last. I'm making a complaint against him to the General Medical Council and to BUPA for the length of time he has taken in reviewing my case. By-the-way, if you want to pay by card they don't have the facility to do so they expressly require cash or cheque.... hmmm I wonder why?

Staff lovely. Was visiting with husband for a day procedure. Firstly the procedure was nearly missed as he wasn't booked in until I chased it up and was told he had been missed (literally). On arrival dissapointed to be told by staff that for visitors there was no option to buy a meal or a sandwich .When I asked where I could get some water from I was told visitors had no access to water dispensers. The nurse kindly provided me with some tap water eventually. Really surprised in this day and age that for someone who is willing to pay there are no options provided, not even the basic water.

My wife , Florence Russell recently had two cataracts removed by Professor Ghanchi, she cannot speak toohighly of his work, which was very efficient, professional and successful. Thank you to him and his staff. Her vision is greatly improved (almost perfect). Once more thank you for a job well done.

I Went Private for my treatment was told my results would be in and was given a appointment, when I went to appointment the doctor told me there are no result. Total waste of time and money I have contacted the staff who transferred my call to 3 different people who had no clue what was going on. So disappointed in the service.

Was referred by the NHS to their sleep clinic and attended an appointment in June 2018 was seen by consultant and passed onto his admin assistant for a sleep monitor to be delivered .I was sent a letter with a date in July to receive the item which never turned up.I phoned to let them know and a young man said it had been changed ( nobody was going to let me know) and it would be delivered before 1:00 pm on 8//8/18.Once again it never arrived and as of the 9/8/18 I still havent got it .They have offered to deliver another one but I have lost all trust with this clinic and as others have mentioned they are difficult to get on the phone and some of the things Ive been told I dont believe so wont be dealing with them ever again .
