Great old school gym rough and ready not like them fancy gyms . 20 a month member ship but it gets the job done . Not over crowded neither
Very good gym, good equipment well maintained, good atmosphere not too busy, pure Iron weights, water fountain, showers, pre and post work out shakes available all round good old school gym. They also have a boxing ring area with punch bags and regular classes for MMA and Boxing.
The owners are really chill and its the ideal gym if you want to go work out with not much distractions.. only costs 20 a month plus you can pay in cash too.. location is great too as its near the city centre and has many food places nearby. I prefer this gym as its lowkey!
This is a pretty basic gym essentially for heavy lifting. I'm sure that it is spectacularly GOOD for that kind of thing. If you want a more sophisticated gym and seek health and wellbeing then Rock Solid is probably far too solid for you.
