Awesome gym, always clean and a very friendly atmosphere
This gym is bigger than you might first think. I went a while back and though it was a little lacklustre. They have really change my mind now, following an extension and several investments in new equipment. There is a good range of cardiovascular machines, weight machines and free weights. They also have a lot of odd items you wouldn't expect to find in your every day gym, weight sleds etc. Over really great gym.
Machines are always clean, up and running, admin always there to help, spacious areas categorized for everything needed in a gym experience. sauna, boxing, bathing, changing facilities! Overall very good experience !!
Great gym just been refurbed, friendly staff, pt staff always there to help, new studio looks fab, great battle ropes class and if your up for it check out the spinning classes. It's got everything you need to get in shape. Very reasonable gym membership prices too. Would highly recommend checking them out.
