I visit here often to umpire netball matches. The hall is usually freezing and toilets often in a bit of a mess but facility- wise, it's ok. Friendly weekend staff

The plase is not very big but there's a lot of machines where you can do your exercises and if you have any question or you don't know how to do something there's guides/trainers that helps you in anything
Be careful going late at night, the security guard won't let you go out the front door and its not particularly nice walking round to the front again.
