I used this funeral company in June 2018 to arrange the funeral of my mum. They was really helpfull and compassionate and showed alot of support and understanding. The main Lady that dealt with it was so lovely and very approachable, it was like she was one of my friends. I felt very comfortable with her. She also recommended a priest who turned out to be very good. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to what I hear other funerals can cost. Would recommend to anyone that's lost a loved one and needs funeral arrangements.
Bolton Road Funeral Service conducted my Dad's funeral yesterday and they were absolutely brilliant. From the beginning until the end of the day they were just perfect. An important part with using them was how warm and welcoming they were. From that first phone call we knew we were in safe hands. Trevor is one of the kindest, warmest people and we can not fault him at all. Lee was the same, nothing was too much trouble. All my instructions were noted to the letter I now have peace of mind knowing how I will be cared for at my demise and at a very, very reasonable cost.My daughters were delighted when I gave them the simple details that need to be followed, great job easily and well done, delighted with the service, and for you sceptics out there the money is held in a Trust called Golden Leaves.
