Horrible woman dealing with my father's funeral. WE had to organise and print our own literature. MINIMAL help. Nothing wrong with cars supplied. DRIVERS fine and cars, but younger woman in office insensitive. It was a beautiful funeral, in spite of this woman. They claim she is in a different office now. Older staff much better but they have retired now.
