I will never use this garage again.I will never use this garage again.If you have your car serviced here , expect a load of things " wrong " with it.I was told there was loads left on break pads but they replaced them anyway. My radiator fan isnt working, they didn't spot it.Absolutely useless...
I had booked a later appointment with the guys , I had a long journey in front of me so they let me come early. They changed my tyres and also I asked them to check my oil and screen wash, all of which they did , I am a disabled veteran and had a great experience with the lads. Top lads. 5 Star work.
Very good. I was worried about the clutch.They tested the car and said, for the moment, I had nothing to worry about. Also gave me a good price for replacing the clutch if needed.
Booked an MOT for my BMW first thing in the morning, on line. All done completed same day as per booking. Really straight forward booking system matched by efficient staff at the centre. The price was very competitive and I will certainly use them again, and recommend Halfords Autocentre.
I will never use Halfords again because of this visit. What was supposed to be a routine MOT with new brakes I knew I needed turned into murder where I was asked to spend a further 600 on parts I didn't need! It failed the MOT and they missed a bulb, gave me a report of an engine oil leak I didn't have, said I needed a new exhaust and pipe which was all rubbish.I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and spent in total less than 160. New brakes, new missed bulb, MOT included.Don't go if you're a girl on your own. They treat you like you're some little girl who has no idea about cars. I know my way around my car; I do my own servicing. I know how she's supposed to sound and how responsive she is to me, and no mechanic can tell me how she does or doesn't work.
