Just had my car repaired here. The repair quality is the best I have seen, the staff are excellent & nothing is too much trouble for manager Andy & his team.My car happens to be a Ford but both it & me had the 5 experience you would expect if you'd pulled up in a Bentley.I would look no further if you want your car repaired to manufacturer standard.The place is always busy, I guess it's because quality is in demand.Thank you JCT600.
If I could give no stars I would! After ringing & asking for a price to replace the wing & wheel arch cover on my vehicle I was told I had to physically take the car in so they could check for further damage only then to be given the price for doing exactly what I asked for & been told that they couldn't see if there was further damage until they were doing the repair. The quote was to be frank extortionate but as we wanted it doing 'properly' we accepted it. After 4 days of having my vehicle we collected it to find the quote had gone up & on when asking why & them checking they weren't even sure themselves so took the extra amount back off! But to have paid for a replacement wheel arch & then find that they'd not even fitted a new one & the damaged one was still on even the receptionist was embarrassed & couldnt explain why the new part was sat there & not on my vehicle! So having gone to collect it my fianc is still sat there now at 6pm while they do the work we've paid for as they asked us to return again so they could do it another time for which we said no it should have been done already! Absolutely appalling!!!'
I collected my Porsche from the body clinic after a bodywork repair and am overjoyed with the result. The car looks and drives as new and the Office manager contacted me the day after to check I was happy and asked me to use the car for a couple of weeks and bring it back for a complimentary inspection. First class customer service from this company.
My car had to have some warranty work to the bonnet of my Porsche Cayenne. The car was collected, painted and returned as agreed.....first class job on the paintwork. Excellent customer care from the office staff - well done and thank you. ;)
These guys were not helpful at all! Having previously used their services a few years ago, I thought I would be in safe hands.... however they wouldn't even give me a quote... shocking!
