Where to start from, honestly one of the worst groups out there to travel with.Me and my wife booked our hajj in 2017 with one of the agents who did not tell us he was associated with labaaik. Rather was informed it will be a group of 50 which would be easily managed, but in reality there were over 300 of us!1) the organisation of the trip was horrendous to say this company has being doing hajj packages for over 20 years it seemed like it was their 1st time taking a group.2) on arrival in Jeddah we were not informed on what to do or expect, and were left to our own devices.2) the hotels were not great but it was something that was expected but when we arrived in Makkah the group leaders had no concept of logistics and on how to give hotel room keys to 300 ppl so after a journey of around 19hrs we were made to wait even longer! 3) in mina whilst around 250 men women were crammed into one tent with no ac working and lack of fans, the group leaders and their cronies had nicked a vip tent and were no where to be seen until the saudi agents caught them and kicked them out which led to them moving into the bigger tents and making people who have already settled in move places! 4) we were informed our qurbanis were to be done in between 12pm and 3pm but no information was passed to us and around half 4 me and others In the group tried to get in touch but the agent kept cutting our calls and it was only until 6.30 when we were eventually informed.5) after the day of qurbani we were told to make our own way back to mina, but in our group we had eldery men and women, and the poor folk became really upset and distraught as they did not know on how to make there way back to mina, so eventually the agents agreed to hire a couple of buses which was was unregulated and unregistered with the Saudis and can you imagine over 200 people being crammed into them! On top of that they made everyone on the bus pay 50 riyals each! Unbelievable. They only decent thing was the food that was provided.In all honesty stay far away from this group there init for the money and nothing else!!
Was recommended Labbaik by a friend and they provided everything we need (visas, Zeyarat in Makkah and medina, and transport within Saudi). The gentleman was very helpful and we decided to go with a group as part of a package. The hotels in both cities were close to the masjid, and the hotels themselves were nice and clean. Labbaik made sure we were taken care of from the minute you show at the airport to the minute you arrive back at the airport.
My family and I travelled with Labbaik Hajj and Umrah for hajj in 2017 and were extremely happy with the services provided. Understandably hajj season is very busy but despite this the staff made sure they were always available to answer any questions we had, and they delivered as promised. We went with the group one package and their website provided all necessary details regarding a detailed itinerary, hotel names and package features. Everything was provided as stated and we wont hesitate on contacting them again for future travels.
