Decent facilities, prefer catching my daily train here rather than the interchange. Only bad point is bradfords own problem; dodgey bradford beggars and criminals lurk out outside.
Incompetent staff. Can't seem to make their minds up about the rules and regulations. Get told different things by different staff members. Was told that I can renew my monthly membership a week in advance when attempting to do been told it's not possible and that I have to wait a couple of days before. When trying to explain just get shut down. Very rude and ignorant.
