Waited more than 25 minutes. Driver is Nice but 24/7 always let u down its last time with these guys.
One of the worst companies. Driver may even be half an hour late. But if u ring to ask where is your taxi they will say its only two minutes away. They will text u to say that u don't have to pay if their card machine is faulty which is another lie. Drivers are so rude and have no respect for women. If u complain to the office they don't take any notice. In fact they make excuses for their drivers behaviour. Please avoid this company. They have no respect for their customers. Better to use jennys or leap taxis instead.
Good friendly service
Just had an awful experience with this taxi service. Driver was speeding in wet conditions, raced across a junction and nearly collided with an ambulance, stalled at every traffic light and had no idea where he was going. He kept asking us for directions and took us to the wrong place so we got out and walked in the end. Surprised to still be alive!
I did prebooking for the next day to make sure my taxi will arrive on time. I was waiting almost 20 minutes, called operator several times. Every time he was repeating taxi will be there in 2 minutes. Finally, taxi didn't arrive, I had to book another one.
